Muffins are the easiest make ahead, grab and go breakfast. Make them on Sunday, and you have 12 muffins to start your week with!
You can make any breakfast inspired food in muffin tins; mini egg bakes, quinoa inspired muffins, or regular apple muffins :)
If you like apples and chai spiced foods, these muffins are the perfect balance of both flavors. If you want to keep your breakfast healthy, skip the sugary glaze. I made these with and without the glaze and I preferred the non-glazed muffins. Enjoy!
