SNACKS!!!!!!! Hummus is one of my go to healthy snacks. I didn't realize how easy and quick making your own batch is! This homemade hummus recipe is inspired by Jack McKee.
He was always the foodie friend, we used to talk about the new recipes we had tried and even failed at. I remember looking forward to his Sunday brunch posts, which inspired me to start the food part of my blog.
This recipe is a classic hummus you can start with, then experiment with flavors by adding other ingredients. Try adding an avocado, or spinach and artichokes, or roasted red peppers... anything!
I like to make this on Monday night, so I can snack on it all week long. Pair it with some cucumbers and peppers from your local farmers market :)
